Developed a complete step-by-step guide for conducting the opening of new merchandise and food & beverage stores for the nation’s leading concessionaire. Services included research, interviews with key subject matter experts, writing, manual design and layout, coordination of reviews with corporate management, assessment of printing alternatives, and coordination of final production.

Prepared script for a one-hour "game show" presentation designed to illustrate incentives for sales force of leading telecommunications firm. Services included concept development, research, scripting of action and dialogue among participants, prepared questions and answers for contestants.

Developed "retro-70s" theme and trivia questions for social held in conjunction with a sales kick-off meeting for leading telecommunications firm. Services included research, question development, and scripting.

Created a series of 25 client "success stories" to illustrated services provided by nationwide small business support organization. Services included research, creative concept and theme for each story, writing, and coordination with client’s public affairs program.

Designed series of lobby displays depicting the history of civil engineering for leading architectural/engineering firm. Services included series topic outline, procurement and selection of images for each display, writing accompanying text, and coordination with client and A/V consultant.

Developed 10- and 30-minute multi-media presentations designed to illustrate disaster assistance services provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Project included coordination with agency representatives, concept development, scripting, selection of images, and coordination with client’s multi-media consultant.

Prepared an 8-page illustrated article on local historical figure for inclusion in national family-oriented publication. Services included research, writing, editing of previously prepared material, coordination of layout and design, final production, and coordination with publisher.

Project manager and co-developer of poster recognizing the 25th anniversary of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Flood Insurance Program.
